Upon receipt of full payment of your reservation, we will send you an email entitled "your travel documents" including your vouchers.
Once these documents have been sent by email, you can also find them directly in the "My Bookings" section of your account.
If you have difficulty opening the documents, you can download the following software: http://get.adobe.com/fr/reader/
IMPORTANT: It is mandatory to print these documents and present them to the service providers (hotel, transfer, activity, etc.) on the day of your departure/arrival. Otherwise, you may not benefit from the booked services.
Remember to check the formalities and documents required for your trip and in particular:
- the validity of your identity documents
- entry and/or transit visas
- vaccines and other medical precautions
