In the event of a first or last name error on your booking, let us know immediately as it is often easier to obtain an intervention with reduced modification costs from suppliers when the correction request is made on the day of the booking.
- The surnames and forenames of each passenger must correspond to those on the identity document (identity card or passport depending on your transit/destination country). Otherwise, you may be denied boarding on your flight.
- Passenger/participant changes are not allowed. Only a correction in the spelling of the surname or first name can be accepted, but this remains at the discretion of the suppliers and modification fees may apply.
You have only booked a hotel or other accommodation (no flights/travel booked):
Spelling errors have no impact on your hotel booking; it is not necessary to contact us.
